AVAILABILITY & BOOKING

1 Identify the start date of the week or short break that you would like to reserve .

2 Check availability by email (click on ‘email us’ on the Home Page) or telephone 01986 873124 (there may be an Answerphone - just leave a message. Its fine to call in the evening or at week-ends).

3 Book by printing off the Booking Form (below) , completing & signing it and posting it to us at the address shown on the form together with your cheque for the deposit. If it’s within 8 weeks of the Start Date then the full payment will be due on booking.

4 We will reply confirming your reservation by fax, email or post as you prefer. We will send you more detailed directions for locating us and arrangements for the key etc on payment of the balance.

We reserve the right not to accept the booking for any reason whatsoever.
Our acknowledgment of receipt of the booking form acts as confirmation of the booking.

We reserve the right to make an adminsitration cahrge of £25 in the event that you wish to change your booking

By booking early you stand the best chance of securing the week that you want but last minute vacancies can occur and bookings can be accepted up to 24 hours before start date.

The balance of the price is payable 8 weeks before the start date. We will send you an invoice.

Communications are by email unless otherwise requested.

INSURANCE

No monies are refundable in the event of your inability to undertake the holiday or should it be curtailed for any reason. Consequently, if you wish to be covered against such eventualities you are recommended to take out appropriate Holiday Insurance. We can put you in touch with a suitable insurance provider if required.
